About InSchool

InSchool.dk was founded by Nathja Mortensen, who holds a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy and a master’s degree in educational anthropology.

With over 15 years of experience in the Danish school system, she has always focused on supporting children to successfully navigating their lives, preparing them for both major and minor challenges.

Nathja has worked at every level of the school system, from employee to head of department, manager, consultant, and most recently as an administrative manager in Gentofte Municipality.

Her extensive knowledge of everyday school life, the system, and pedagogical and learning tools makes her deeply committed to children’s well-being and positive school experiences.
